Why We Exist
The Northeast deserves the product the architect actually drew.
The European window and door market produces some of the most thermally efficient, structurally sound, and operationally refined products available anywhere. Multi-chamber profiles, multi-point locks, EPDM gasket sealing, thermal-break thresholds, hidden hinges, tilt-turn mechanisms — standard residential spec across Germany, Poland, Austria, Scandinavia, and the Netherlands.
The same products are hard to get reliably in the US. The chain typically runs one of two ways:
A national-brand US manufacturer
European-style products simplified for the US market. Often the simplification strips out the very engineering features that made the originals worth specifying.
An online drop-shipper
Imports containers, lists products on a website, and disappears when the install goes wrong or a claim comes in. No physical address. No install capability. No supplier relationships.
The Third Path
A local supplier with a real address, real install crews, and direct relationships with European manufacturers — that can actually deliver and install the product the architect drew. That’s the company we built.

We didn’t build a window company from scratch.
Broadway Supply is backed by Faithful Countertops — an NJ business serving residential and commercial construction across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania for over 10 years. Stone and quartz countertops, mostly residential kitchens and baths, on real job sites with real GCs and developers since before most online window companies existed.
Established Field Presence
We’re not figuring out how to work on NJ construction sites — we’ve been on them. The same crews delivering countertops to a custom home in Bergen County deliver windows to that project two months earlier. The same PMs coordinate both installs.

Warehouses. Trucks. Install crews. Tools. Insurance. Tax compliance. Permits. The unglamorous structure that lets a business actually deliver on commitments. That structure is what Broadway Supply runs on — we expanded an existing construction business into the window category.
