What You Get Working With Us
We don’t quote “8 to 10 weeks” and then deliver in 18. If the manufacturer’s actual lead time changes after the PO is signed, we tell you within 1 business day of finding out — we work the issue with you, not around you. Schedule impact is communicated, not hidden.
Custom finishes, decorative glazing, and specialty hardware add 1 to 4 weeks. We tell you the exact lead time per project before you commit.
Clear Install Scope
Nobody finds out at delivery that a critical step wasn’t allocated to anyone.
Our crew handles removal of existing units on replacement work, installation per manufacturer instructions, perimeter waterproofing and flashing per the wall assembly, hardware adjustment, and walk-through.
We deliver, you install, and we’re on-call during the install for technical questions. Sometimes we send a tech to the first install on a project to confirm the crew is set up correctly.
For larger or specialty work — curtain wall integration, monoblock installations, fire-rated assemblies — we lead the install with your crew supporting on perimeter and trim work.
One PM owns your project from the scope conversation through the final walk. Same person who quoted it answers the phone at delivery and shows up if there’s an install issue.

How Projects Run
15–30 minutes by phone or in person. Product family, opening counts, color & finish, glazing, hardware, install responsibilities, and rough budget.
Itemized line-by-line. Every opening priced, spec sheets attached, lead time committed in writing, install scope documented, milestones spelled out.
50% deposit at PO standard. Production in the committed lead time. Mid-production check at 4–6 weeks out; pre-delivery confirmation 1–2 weeks out.
Delivery coordinated with your schedule. Install per the quote. Walk-through at completion, punch list resolved within 2 weeks, final payment after closure.

Every opening has a size, model, color, finish, glazing package, hardware spec, and install component. Multiply by the unit count and you have hundreds of variables per project. Anyone publishing list pricing for European window and door packages online is either misleading you — or not actually selling configurable European products.
