CAD blocks in DWG for every active window and door product. Revit families with parametric controls for size, color, and configuration. PDF section drawings showing frame, sash, glazing, hardware mortise, and threshold details.

Files are version-controlled and updated when manufacturers release product changes. We notify spec writers when something in their library is superseded.

NFRC-Equivalent Thermal Data

European Uw/Ug/Uf in W/(m²K) plus NFRC-format U-factor in BTU/(hr·ft²·°F) — both supplied. ENERGY STAR / Title 24 equivalence reports where they exist. We tell you up front whether a config has a certified NFRC label.

Structural Span Tables

Aluprof MB-series and PVC published span data for wind load, sash weight, and glazing thickness. Supplied with the quote on any project where structural performance is a binding constraint. We coordinate with your structural engineer directly when needed.

Hardware Mortise Details

Mortise geometry for every hardware variant — multi-point, concealed hinges, pivot, Smart Home electronic handles. For custom hardware we coordinate with Aluprof engineering before the spec is finalized.

Color & Finish Samples

Sample chip sets across all families — PVC factory colors, Renolit foils, RAL matte powder coat, anodized aluminum, wood stains and paints. Physical samples shipped to your office.

For questions past the spec sheet — custom configs, non-standard combinations, structural edge cases — we have direct contact with manufacturer, glazing, hardware, and finish engineering. “Can this work?” gets an answer in writing in 2–5 business days.

Site visits & project walks

For active NJ, NY, PA & CT projects we visit at schematic, DD, and before CDs are finalized: rough-opening verification, wall-assembly review, GC sequence coordination, and specialty detail review. Site visits are part of the scope — no separate charge.
